David has had 22 years experience in the telecommunications and IT industry. He has worked for IBM, Cable and Wireless, Verizon Business (formally MCI WorldCom), plus a number of start up and smaller Communications Companies.

Hospitality technology has been Jane’s passion for over twenty years. Initially working in hotels, her interest in IT was sparked whilst doing a stint at The Royal Bath Hotel in Bournemouth as Night Auditor. Without any formal structure – Jane became the ‘go-to’ person for all things IT.
Since setting up The Penrose Partnership early in 2010 much of Jane’s focus has been on helping technology suppliers launch into the hotel marketplace in the UK and Europe.
Her knowledge of the suppliers to the industry is in depth and detailed. She has many examples of where installations have been successful and some interesting stories to tell where projects could have been different!
Claire is a motivated sales professional with over 10 years experience in successfully developing large complex customer relationships, building solution based account management support at all levels.
Starting her telecoms career with Cable & Wireless she worked from Sales Administration to Sales Marketing and Account Management. She moved to Global Account Management within WorldCom where, amongst other blue chip customers, she managed the EMEA portion of two of their top 3 Global Accounts. Her experience in managing clients with multiple product portfolios, building virtual teams and working cross-culturally have helped to produce a rounded individual and reliable team member with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A highly driven Sales and Business Development Executive with over twenty years experience in the telecommunications industry, operating within start up, medium sized and global organisations.
In 1997 Alistair co founded Alpha Telecom and was responsible for setting up and operating business units in Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands. He was directly responsible for 30% of the $240m group turnover.
Having subsequently focused on the Wholesale voice and data market and worked in senior positions at two niche telecom operators, Alistair has most recently provided Consultancy services to a UAE based Telco advising on technology selection and client introduction.
Bradley Dickin has sixteen years experience as Operational head, Programme manager and Software architect. He currently project manages and advises businesses on the execution of cloud platform and software implementations in complex IT environments.
